Protocol for private works in apartments
- Owners must inform the community office in advance and in writing, about the dates, person responsible for the work and contact information.
- Owners must have a responsible declaration or a building license from the City Council.
- All workers must wear PPE.
- Debris must be collected in special container from an authorised company.
- Risk areas should be delimited.
- Caution and care in handling materials and debris must be taken through doorways, common areas and stairs.
- The affected common areas (entrances, doorways, stairs) must be clean at the end of the day each day.
- A work schedule (hours and days) must be set up. The Community rules prohibit construction works in July, August and the first half of September.
- The head of maintenance will inform workers about this protocol and will check weekly that it is complied with.
